Dr. Buckle

Dr Mike Buckle is a Chiropractor with 8 years of experience in sports medicine and injury prevention. He comes to us from a high-end sports facility that focuses on maximal recovery in minimal time, and is ready to join our ranks!  He earned his bachelors degree in Anthropology at the University of California at Santa Barbara, and completed his pre-med coursework at Santa Barbara City College. He completed his doctoral training in Chiropractic medicine at the Southern California University of Health Sciences in Whittier, where he learned about the connectivity and wholeness of the body and the holistic portrait of health that must be maintained. His clinical focus is on maintaining a balance in the body through nutrition, lifestyle, and proper biomechanics throughout the entire body.  He has spent the last 8 years working with a wide variety of pateints, from athletes on the field right before a race, to actors on a movie set right before the camera rolls!

Born and raised in northern California, Mike is a Californian all the way, spending his free time surfing, sailing, running on the beach, and mountain biking in the Santa Monica mountains. A former semi-professional wake boarder, Mike knows the demands and stresses that high-end athletics put on the body and focuses on attaining and maintaining a healthy, balanced body.
